| HUNTING HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING November 15, 2006 |
President Jean Summerbell called the meeting to order at 7:40 PM at Hunting Hills Country Club. The
Minutes of the November 15, 2005 Annual General Membership Meeting were distributed and
approved.
The Officers for 2006 were presented:
Jean Summerbell – President
Marilyn Harriman – Treasurer
Michelle Whisnant - Secretary
(with Anna Hudson serving as Secretary for the 2nd half of 2006)
Beth Mead and Whitney Snyder - Membership
Irene Brock - Beautification
Joe Lemmer - Government
Sandi Cole - Streets and Lights
Gary Powers - Security
George Lemmer - Signage
Members attending from each district were recognized. The President noted that 75% of the families
living in Hunting Hills belong to the Association.
The new Officers for 2007 were introduced:
Gary Powers – President
Whitney Snyder – President-Elect
Linda Hagermann - Secretary
Marilyn Harriman – Treasurer
Parliamentarian – Jean Summerbell
The new slate was accepted and approved.
Incoming President Gary Powers presented a gift of a plaque and golf balls to outgoing President Jean
Summerbell. A Thank You was given to all Board Representatives. The Web site was mentioned as a
source of important information, and a call was issued for other members to serve the Association.
Roanoke County Board Supervisor Mike Wray was introduced and delivered a talk regarding local
happenings in our area of Roanoke County.
No additional business was introduced. The meeting adjourned at 8:55 PM.
