PLANNING SESSION
The meeting was called to order by President Brian Carroll at 6:30 PM.

Present:
Whitney Snyder, Linda Habermann, Debra Balzer-Plagemann, Anna Hudson, Brian Carroll,

No reports offered, this was a planning session for the officers of the association to establish goals,
calendar, budget, 2009 plan

HHHA - Goals
The following goals were suggested for adoption:

Update Website
       Reflect new officers
       Create page to report progress on HHHA projects.

Finish landscaping
       Triangle
       Seasonal color at entrances
       Trash pick up at entrances

Initiate trail construction
       Written permission Old Heritage- HHHC other private owners
       Liability insurance
       Survey
       Trail Markers
       Creek Bridges
       Equipment rental
       Materials, Tin horn, fencing etc

Membership Directory
       Corroborate listings

Encourage correspondence through e-mail

Archive minutes from prior years

Increase membership by 20%

Increase advertising in directory

Utilize signs for meetings

Initiate a summer social event



2009 Board Meeting Calendar dates were established:

Wednesday February 18th, 2009 at 7pm
Wednesday April 29th, 2009 at 7pm
Wednesday August 19th, 2009 at 7pm
Wednesday November 18th, 2009 at 7pm social beginning at 6:30
Other special meetings to be called as needed

No Budget was established at this meeting



2009 Plan

January 2009
       24th- secure copy of contract for landscape services (Whitney)
       27th-Meeting with HHCC seeking verbal permission for trail system (Brian)

February 2009
       5th – meeting with grounds crew HHCC (Brian)
       15th- secure liability insurance proposals (Brian)
       15th- secure written permission from HHCC & Old Heritage, etc. (HHCC         denied HHHOA request
for permission)
       16th –determine “Old Heritage” surveyors (Brian-delayed)
       18th-board meeting (all board members)
       18th- plant selection for the triangle (Ellen Carroll)
       25th- website officers update (Gary)

March 2009
       1st- produce HHHA meeting signs 10-12 signs (Debra)
       “Homeowners Association Meeting 7:00pm Wednesday”
       8th- trail construction (all willing volunteers + contract as needed - delayed)
       15th Add solicitation for membership directory (Whitney and Gary)
       15th spring planting at entrances (seasonal color) – (contract)
       15th Planting in triangle – (contract)
       15th -trail construction (all willing volunteers + contract as needed - delayed)
       22nd- trail construction (all willing volunteers + contract as needed - delayed)
       29th- trail construction (all willing volunteers + contract as needed - delayed)

       16th- possible date HHHA summer social event date (all board members)
