Facilities
Hunting Hills is one of the premier residential
neighborhoods in the Roanoke Valley. Nearly every
residence has a spectacular view of the surrounding
Roanoke Valley and mountains.

Featured in this neighborhood is the
Hunting Hills
Country Club, a private 18 hole, 6058 yard, par 70
course featuring heavily tree-lined fairways and small
greens. Several sand bunkers protect the greens
and fairways, and water hazards come into play on at
least six holes, placing an emphasis on shot
accuracy. Buddy Loving redesigned the course in
1987.

Hunting Hills Country Club membership amenities
also includes swimming, tennis and fine-dining
facilities.

Roanoke, Virginia is located midway between New York City and Atlanta
on Interstate 81, 168 miles west of the state capital, Richmond. The city
is the center of one of Virginia's largest metropolitan regions, and a hub
of transportation, finance, and industry for the southwestern part of the
state. The scenic beauty of the Roanoke Valley, located between the
Blue Ridge and the Virginia Allegheny Highlands, makes the city a
pleasant as well as an economically diverse place to live and work. The
city's position on the East Coast gives it ready access to close to
two-thirds of the total population of the nation within a radius of 500
miles.

The greater Roanoke region has become not only the business center
for Western Virginia but a medical hub as well, ranking 59th out of 351
by Places Rated Almanac for North American metropolitan areas.
